In the Uddeholm webshop you will always find the current prices and availability of our products.
For you, this means that you have independent access to all relevant information in the purchasing process and can place your order faster and more effectively. If you already know exactly which products and versions you want to order, you can also upload the order generated by your ERP system directly (for example as a PDF) and place it in your shopping cart.
Would you like to know if your order has already left our warehouse? In the customer portal you have the possibility to view all your orders and their status. As the administrator of your company you add employees and manage user rights and for new delivery addresses we kindly ask you to contact the sales department. This way you always have full control over your shop activities at Uddeholm. Register now for the Uddeholm webshop and buy high-quality tool steel as easy and convenient as never before.
Here’s how:
You can log in/register via the “Webshop Login” symbol at the top right of the screen. Here you need to register once. Please note that due to data checks it may take a while before you receive a confirmation. Our webshop is exclusively intended for “Business-to-Business” deliveries.
After logging in, you will also find access to “Product configuration” at the top right of the screen. In the configuration screen, you can select all materials and versions and add them to your shopping cart. The colored fields show you the availability of the individual items. In addition to the price, you will also find our non-binding delivery date by clicking on “Calculate”. Is everything OK? Then place your selected product in the shopping cart and continue with the order / quotation.
Check your “Shopping Cart” again. Do you order these items often? Then you can create a shopping list, so that you can be done even faster next time. Set your delivery address and add your order number. Your order can now be completed.
In the section “My orders” you will find all current and completed orders. You can track the delivery status and download documents such as certificates. If you need a delivered item again, you can easily repeat an old order.
Under “My Company” you can make important settings for your company, such as managing delivery addresses and webshop users. You manage your access data in the “My Account” section. If you purchase for different companies, you can also switch between the companies assigned to you.
