Holder Material
A good holder material should have excellent machinability and dimensional stability. Uddeholm has three specifically designed materials for holders:
- Uddeholm RoyAlloy
- Uddeholm Ramax HH
- Uddeholm Holdax
The first two are corrosion resistant and are both ideal partners for Uddeholm Stavax ESR, Uddeholm Mirrax ESR, Uddeholm Mirrax 40, Uddeholm Polmax, Uddeholm Corrax and Uddeholm Elmax SuperClean when a completely stainless mould package is desired.
