Uddeholm Orvar Supreme is Uddeholms trusted AISI H13 steel for all kinds of hot work tool applications. Proven over and over again Uddeholm Orvar Supreme has stood the test of time and remains well known in the tooling industry for its high and reliable performance and ease of machining. Uddeholm Orvar Supreme is rated to NADCA (North American Die Casting Association).

The upgraded Uddeholm Orvar Supreme 16J now sits in the NADCA#207 document in Band B for toughness and cleanliness. The new Min/avg 16 joules/12ft-lbs for delivered soft annealed material is Uddeholms own higher-level standard, but it still sits in the NADCA Band B level.
