FORNITURE SOGGETTE A RESTRIZIONI Il cliente  è consapevole e rispetterà pienamente tutte le leggi di controllo e regolamentazione sulle esportazioni, riesportazione, le sanzioni e gli embarghi, emanate di volta in volta incluse, senza limitazione, tutte le restrizioni sulle transazioni a livello nazionale ed internazionale, i divieti antielusione, applicabili direttamente o indirettamente alle sue attività (inclusa la rivendita dei nostri prodotti), così come le delibere interne del Gruppo voestalpine – visionabili sul sito WEB voestalpine – riferite alla fornitura di prodotti o servizi a specifici Paesi, utenti finali o per specifici usi.

RESTRICTIONS The Customer is aware of and will fully comply with all export control and regulatory laws, re-exports, sanctions and embargoes, enacted from time to time including, without limitation, all national and international transaction restrictions, anti-circumvention prohibitions, applicable directly or indirectly to its activities (including the resale of our products), as well as the internal resolutions of voestalpine Group – which can be viewed on the voestalpine website – relating to the supply of products or services to specific countries, end users or for specific uses.
